"Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig!
Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet.
Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl.
Das Essen (Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen) war ausgezeichnet, es hat wunderbar geschmeckt und war so wunderhübsch und schmakhaft angerichgtet. Auf meinen Wunsch vegane Verpflegung zu...

Habe im Großraum Wiener Neustadt schon viele Hotels besucht und leider auch viele Enttäuschungen erlebt.
Wer die Ruhe und Idylle sucht, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.
Sehr freundliches Personal, ein gutes Frühstück und ein toller Wellness Bereich sprechen für sich.

"Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)"
"Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt. "The hotel was excellent. Attention to detail was evident both in the room and throughout the entire property, with no faults in any of the room’s facilities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room and corridor had a pleasant fragrance. Breakfast felt refined and healthy. After a long journey driving across Hungary, this hotel was the perfect place to rest. There is also a small but cosy park next to the hotel, featuring a pond and beautiful roses."

The room was clean and fairly quite, the pool and steam sauna were nice, the mountains view was gorgeous, breakfast and dinner were delicious. "We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price.
It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am.
We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot.
Upon arrival we called, and soon after Maria greeted us welcome, and showed us the way to our room, asked us what time we would like breakfast and made sure we were all settled.
