"We went to Chalet Gastein in January 2011 and we had no expectations at all. We just booked a cheap hotel. As soon as we arrived we found out that the staff were very service minded and really caring for their guests. We were told that every day we would get breakfast and a three course dinner and that it was all included in the price. This we had no information about when we did our booking and the food was amazingly good. The staff gave us loads of information and we were also invited to go on...

"The hotel has a great location right across from the train station and the cable car. The building is showing its age a bit, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful. All in all, we had a great stay there."

"Hotel a oblast jsme si vybrali s dětmi 4 a 5 let kvůli wellness a herně ve spojení s možností lyžování. Celý pobyt byl úžasný, jídlo a personál na jedničku. Jediné co bychom trochu zlepšili je teplota v dětské herně, ale chápeme, že to není jednoduché. Velmi děkujeme za krásné prostředí ve kterém jsme mohli ztrávit Vánoce."
