"Love this hotel!! We got the room with the rooftop patio which was great for eating outside or letting the kids go out and play.
The staff goes above and beyond at this hotel. Breakfast is a must. Location is right in town so it’s nice to be able to walk everywhere.
They do have bikes for rent which we loved, only problem was they weren’t maintained very well, and the employees never knew how to charge the e-bikes so they died shortly after our ride. Would love to see more e-bikes with easy access and charging.
Also the parking is in the underground lot which is awesome, the only inconvenience is you have to ask the front desk to open the gate every time you want to pull in- would be nice to use a key card to get in!
Sauna room is awesome , gym needs a facelift"
"Great facility. Appreciated the daily housekeeping. Front office was not as friendly or helpful as have been during previous stays. Yes I am a return client. Due to proximity of family whom we visit will consider again"

8/10 Good
"Rooms were tastefully decorated. I asked for no down pillows and was accommodated. Staff at the front desk and at the spa were very polite and helpful."
"Comfortable bedroom with good air conditioning. Staff friendly and hotel was in a great location. Breakfast was decent. Only negative our room had poor WiFi. Also we were in a building approximately 100 meters from the main hotel where breakfast was taken"
"Nice hotel which a great view.
Staff were really helpful despite my lack of German, and made everything easy.
The score wasn’t perfect because the hotel is slightly dated (although room was good), the sauna is only open in the evening (despite the spa being open all day) and the restaurant only had a buffet (which was ok, but limited).
Also, the bar wasn’t open.
In summary, nice stay but won’t stay again for my next work trip to the area."
