"The property is a bit dated but the kindness of the staff and the INCREDIBLE views won me over. Hence there is no need to stay in the sub-par Fuggerhof where you are put into a basement room while the unfriendly front desk staff tries to up-sell you into an above ground room - as if that were a special feature. Just to be clear - there was no mention of below ground rooms during booking and the basement room wasn't a walkout basement but did have a small window at the top of the wall, eye-level with the grass roots of the ill...
"Lovely countryside location, traditionally furnished large rooms & bathroom. Great restaurant with lovely breakfast served. Added bonus was that our 2no dogs were allowed in the room. Plenty of parking.
