"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. "Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly. Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!! No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap! "
