"Our room was very clean and remodeled well. We were only staying one night so we booked the cheapest king bed room. This room #24 was an attic room which had no windows except for two skylight window on the ceiling. Didn’t have screens and it rained that evening, so we closed them. "Was a great stay. But noice from the road early in the morning were quite massive. Rooms are without Aircon. Spa area were very good. Dining at the location as well superb, but the menu card is limited for a 3 days stay. Area outstanding, extremely beautiful!"

"I choose to stay at the other side of Lake Tegernsee as the price charge here are more reasonable, and yet not lack of convenience. We took the public bus 359 or 366, it took us around 20min to the other end. The day transport ticket of MVV solve all our transport fee. Excellent. Back to Landhouse Ertle, a 5min walk from main road bus stop, very beautiful neighborhood with decent restaurant. The bathroom has been renovated, brand new !
