"The overall experience was good. While no shuttle was available the hotel sent us a taxi which was great since we didn’t have to worry about cost. The hotel was good, always had coffee available and didn’t really have any issues with the WiFi "

"Great location to downtown Fairbanks and pickup for tours. Restaurant breakfast buffet is not good for price. Its more of a limited continental breakfast. Gift shop was closed so no access to needed amenities. Rooms are older and it shows - carpet, showers, heating/air, tv channels. The restaurant/bar staff is amazing, we ate most meals there because were appreciated them so much. The other hotel guests are mixed clientele so it can be loud and chaotic even if in your own room. We didn't sleep well at any point. "
