Great location, nice rooms, clean, polite and helpful staff.

Enjoyed our short stay. Pleasant, modern hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. Lori on reception was really helpful and answered any questions we had. And, who gets to say they’ve stayed at The North Pole ! The hotel is a bit out on a limb from Fairbanks and you really need a car. That is this only slight negative I can think of, although it didn’t affect us as we had a car. We didn’t get chance to try the breakfast as we had to leave fairly early to go to the airport, but as with the rest...

Reception staff very helpful & friendly

Excellent, very comfortable with good advice from owner.

Nothing special but a good location for ships, food and museums. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly but not openly helpful. There looked to be complimentary coffee set out in the morning but I had not been made aware of this when I arrived. I asked for suggestions of what to do with my first afternoon, they roundly really help. But in the whole did what it needed to do, be somewhere to sleep whilst I visited Fairbanks.

Clean room and very helpful staff. Breakfast offering was really good. It's very handy having the local store just a few minutes walk away. Coupled with the fridge and microwave provided in the room, I was able to prepare myself a simple meal and relax after a tiring day.

Friendly, nice staff, hood enough breakfast, but didnt tidy room one morning as we left item on bed! Apparently rules are that if guests leave pygamas on bed, wont do bwd making+ Chena staff didntempty bins at all
