No maintenance staff taking care of the outside property as is customary in Africa. Room dirty musty rusty pipes and shower. Restaurant does not even have a menu. From the guards to the waitresses to reception to the managers and senior managers you are all a credit to the running of this hotel.
The room is amazing and has everything that was needed when travelling with an infant.
