"Great heritage hotel well laid out set in a tea garden estate. Service and staff were excellent and the food was very good. Only 30 mins from the airport. "
"M a regular at ur hotel n had a really pleasant experience. The hotel is spotless, n the staff were incredibly friendly n welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable, n all the amenities were well-maintained.
That said, I do feel that the pricing is on the higher side. As a regular customer who enjoys staying here, I was hoping for a bit of a reward or discount for returning. It would be great to see some sort of loyalty program or special rate for returning guests to make it more appealing to keep coming back. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but a little more consideration for loyal customers would definitely be appreciated.
Best regards,
🇧🇹"

"I enjoyed staying at the Mount Amara, but there were a few difficulties – the hotel is very quiet because it is about 300 m away from the main road, and overlooks an open field. It was good being away from the hustle and Brussel. The main problem was that I had booked a room which had two double beds, because I was travelling with a young friend. When I got there there was only one bed in the room. I race this with the front desk, but as my friend was not arriving until the next day, I explained that there was no rush - they had offered a mattress on the floor. I was reasonably upset about this because the advertising and booking definitely stated to double beds. My friend arrived the next day, and we raise the matter with the Manager and the front desk on three occasions, but nothing happened. The manager had even said that a sofa bed would be installed, but when we returned that evening there was neither a sofa bed nor a mattress. I discussed this with the staff and they said that they could provide a mattress for Rs.600, which really upset me , because I had already paid for two double beds. On the third day of the booking I spoke to the manager in a fourth right way and explained my dissatisfaction. He did apologise, and later in the day a sofa bed was installed. I then pushed him for compensation in the form of included breakfast even though I had not ticked that box. I would describe this as a difficult negotiation"
