"This is very much a lakeside resort. You're literally in a duplex cabin-style room on a walking trail circling a good-sized lake, dotted with woodcarving workshops. The scenery is beautiful, the people-watching interesting, and there is much to do in the immediate area. The room itself was nice, spacious, and comfortable. There was one quirk of our room, though. "This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I will keep coming back when I travel to Bago. The surrounds are nice and peaceful, it has a new pool and a good selection of food for breakfast. The room is clean and neat and the shower pressure is strong and hot. You can use their bicycles for free which is handy because the hotel is too far to walk to the town centre. It’s also a little far from the main road - about a 15-20 minute walk - so if you’re coming by bus you’ll need to jump on...
