Although, I called before reserving to ask if all amenities were working because I was celebrating my 26 year anniversary and was told yes. The tiki bar was not staffed either. The restaurant on site closes at 10 pm. One night I called at 9 pm to ask what is the latest time I can order and was told 9:30 but when I called they were no longer taking orders and had no dinner. "No pressure in the shower, the toilet leaked all night, toilet seat was broken , we had to go to the front desk twice for room supplies like tissues, toilet paper and towels. Had to pay a 10.00 fee a day to park there overnight. I mean come on, how do they expect me to get there? Walk 236 miles? No smoking permitted on property. I do not see why we couldn’t smoke at the tiki bar or poolside. It was an open air pool. Make sure you call your preferred place to stay and ask about the hidden...

"We had a fabulous stay the resort is beautiful so calm and peaceful. We enjoyed the free kayaks and paddle boards. There are lots of restaurants nearby just a short drive away our favourite being Florida Keys Steak and Lobster House."

"Beautiful place with a great atmosphere! The staff was very kind, friendly, and always helpful. The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. Towels were changed daily, the room was cleaned regularly, and the bed linen was always fresh. Breakfasts were very good with a nice variety of options. "The place is beautiful, but the beds are hard as a rock and the pillows are the cheapest money can buy. I don't know who decided to put check-in at the back of the property and the rooms in the front building, but that seemed dumb to me. The staff there are incompetent. Trying to redeem my free breakfast was comedy of errors that took 15 minutes and 4 workers to figure out. in the end, we only got one breakfast out of the two. if it were better run and had better beds, this place would be great....

"Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !"
