"the staff was nice enough. the stay was far from luxurious. paying that amount of money for a room and being charged a ridiculous amount for watered down alcohol not to mention so much as a free water or soft drink i understand that is out of the staffs control. being fed reheated pasta and rice ,paper thin sliced chicken with mustard, bland barely warm fish. it was a pathetic experience for the price. again mostly out of the control of the staff. simply would not recommend."

"Excellent concierge staff who are very professional, helpful, pleasant, friendly experienced and efficient. Speak good English and impressed by their willingness and sincerity in helping guests solve problems. Check in speedy. We are very pleased with their great service which made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Breakfast buffet spread decent.
