"Room was clean upon arrival. Room was NOT cleaned once during our stay (we were there for 7 days!). I had to ask for clean towels at front desk. Cleaning staff was rude. All employees I dealt with at front desk were helpful and welcoming. :). Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee and food was always “stocked”. Staff kept the room very clean and welcoming. :). "They put us in one of the farthest rooms and I asked if there was a cart to help with the bags they said that there should be one. I had to walk through a construction area all the way to front desk and navigate the cart back."
