"The room was well cleaned and spacious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food. We had trouble with the water heater and the reception sent someone to fix the issue promptly. They were also extremely helpful when my son had an accident at the pool."

All of the staff are very helpful and friendly and they made me and my friend feel very welcome from beginning to end. The spa is also such a treat. We came for Mountain Music Festival, and so because of this, the hotel extended the time for breakfast which is, in my opinion, going above and beyond! Thanks a lot guys :)"
