Overall a great place to stay, we spend most of the time outside exploring but once we got back it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was decent and there was rotation in the days we stayed.

Fantastic hotel. Highly recommended! Jacuzzi bathtub and the comfiest bed - slept like a baby! Pillow menu also provided, fresh mineral water in glass bottles. Great spa facilities and swimming pool. Fantastic hotel!!

Amazing hotel on arrival very friendly warm welcome from staff, our room is very clean and one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve had in a hotel!!! The hotel offer excellent service including room service, laundry, spa, pool service and cleaning daily. We are really enjoying our stay and nothing is ever too much trouble would highly recommend this hotel and city.

Five star hotel for 3 star price! One of the best values ever. The hotel i wonderful. The room was excellent. The staff was so kind, helpful, amazing. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. One of the nicest hotels ever. 10 out of 10 for everything. Highly recommend.

Super nice accommodation, massive bedroom and confortable bed as well. The jacuzzi in my room was much appreciated after a few exhausting days at the f1 track. The breakfast was also excellent, with a large variety of choices every morning. Professional staff (thanks again to Gular for a warm welcome at checkin and an efficient checkout). Finally, the spa facilities are also a great bonus, with an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a sauna and steaming room (and a gym, but I didn’t try that one) right next to the hotel. Not that much to do around, but the city center and the airport are easily reachable by cab. Highly recommended !

This is a very European-style hotel. The hotel staff are warm, thoughtful and polite. The disadvantage is that it is not pedestrian-friendly, perhaps because of the characteristics of Baku's transportation plan. There are supermarkets nearby, and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Everything else is very good

It is a dated property but this didnt bother us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and extended another day. The cleaner was exceptional, goes above and beyond to keep your room immaculate every day. We tipped her too. Bed was amazing ane they ecen have pillow menu. Jacuzzi bathtub was fantastic and separate shower cubicle was great. Huge bathroom huge room and definitely recommend. Gym and spa facilities but remember your car for swimming as theg wont allow you in. 18 manat was swimming cap was too pricey. But facilities were good. We wjll defo be back :)

Property is abit outdated unfortunately but rooms are clean and service is good. It is very difficult to exit property if you are going opposite direction of entry. This might add extra 10 minutes to the drive

Overall, an ok experience. Gym and pools are excellent. Staff very good but hotel let down by the rooms. They are ok but very dated. The most annoying/ disappointing aspect was the room keys. Constantly having to be reprogrammed meaning that you are often having to go fown to reception to get them renewed, sometimes waiting in a queue of guests checking in etc. Only returned due to the gym and outdoor pool (great in the summer). Otherwise, i would avoid.

The hotel in itself is fine. I booked a junior suite which was good value. However, if you consult a map it does not appear far to the city centre. In fact the hotel is "trapped" behind 3 enormous roads un-crossable for pedestrians and with only one underpass in the least convenient direction. There are no other commercial buildings close to the hotel. This means every day starts with a taxi (good value actually) or a walk up the same long hill alongside three lanes of thundering traffic. The metro (Nariman Narimanov) is 25 minutes away. The trick is to get bus No 1 outside the Haider Aliyev centre to May 28th square and change to route 5 to go to the old city. Public transport dirt cheap but inconvenient. There are some restaurants on Haider Aliyev square. The Georgian one is particularly recommended. The hotel restaurant is dead. Never saw more than 4 people in a dining room for 100 at dinner time
