"My room with balcony was in the older block and although big, clean and aircon good, the room and bathroom needs updating. Looks and feels unwelcoming. In contrast, the restaurant is excellent, good food, reasonable prices and good atmosphere."

"I had a great time at Quest hotel. Stayed for 2nights and everything is presnted nicely. The staff are kind and friendly. Amenities are also handy and its close to Ayala which is really good. I just walked to Ayala for food and shopping. Ohh i love the bed and the pillows. I really had a good sleep. Would defo stay there again."

"We loved it here! Staff were great, spa was awesome and the resort, beautiful. Best bakery! The only negative was our check in. No one was there during check in. We had to wait over 20 minutes for someone to arrive."
Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan

"Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan is a beautiful tropical resort with immaculate grounds and one of the friendliest, most welcoming staffs I’ve experienced. The property truly feels like a tropical escape. The beach isn’t a traditional sandy beach, as there are rocks when entering the water, but it’s still beautiful, and I enjoyed seeing tropical fish while swimming. The resort has several restaurants, although the food was somewhat hit or miss. I wanted to give this resort five stars, but a few things held it back. Service was usually excellent, but there were times when it was difficult to get someone’s attention to order food or drinks. The rooms were also noisier than expected. I could hear the air conditioner, neighboring villa doors, and occasional music from nearby. The villa was nice and comfortable, but I would have appreciated a comfortable chair or small couch. My room overlooked a nicely landscaped garden, but beyond that was just a wall. The location is very secluded. There isn’t anything within walking distance, so you’ll need a taxi to go anywhere. The surrounding neighborhood is much more modest than the resort itself. The gym yoga mats were worn and should be replaced or cleaned more regularly. I also found the spa to be overpriced for the experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful resort with wonderful staff that could easily earn five stars with a few improvements."

"had a good stay at Seda Central Bloc Cebu. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the manager was very understanding and helpful. I stayed in one of the apartment-style rooms, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Having a stacked washer and dryer in the room was a great convenience, especially for a longer stay. The pool and gym were serviceable and nice to have available during my stay. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The breakfast was okay but could use more variety and better overall quality. Also, because the hotel is located in the heart of IT Park, you should expect city noise. Even on a higher floor, I could hear traffic, and on some nights, nearby karaoke. Overall, if you’re looking for a hotel in a convenient, walkable location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, Seda Central Bloc is a solid choice. Just be prepared for the sounds of city life."
