"Everything was great with this hotel. The staff room was very clean. Had lots of activities for everybody to participate in. I love the Retro era design. They had each room had a theme for the show of that year."
"To check in I had hard time, I had to do it outside the front desk in a small room through a camera, I couldn’t hear the lady who was doing my check-in. her voice was very low.
The stuff didn’t look too happy to help at the breakfast area. The carpet at the entrance at the second floor was too dirty."
"A quaint, very clean cabin with a great view and front porch & patio furniture. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only negative was that bathhouse facilities could use updating. They were relatively clean though. Playground for kids and dog walking area. I would definitely stay again even if the camp bathrooms are not excellent."
"The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. I missed the breakfast but the Far View Terrace had decent food, and the entire complex reminded me of a sci-fi outpost. I'd definitely stay there again if I return to Mesa Verde."
"The location of the hotel was excellent and easy to get to. It is close to Walmart, so that was convenient for our situation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was just cleaned prior to our arrival, so we know that the room was clean. The room was also spacious. The refrigerator worked well, and we put the microwave to good use. The channel line up, etc. was different than indicated on the room's paperwork, but there was a note in the paperwork stating that the line-up was subject to change. The overall reception and amount of channels wasn't ideal, but we weren't there to watch tv anyway. The breakfast was decent with sausage, eggs, and waffles as the highlights. Parking was adequate as well. I would suggest some updates to the shower just because it was older, but it worked satisfactorily. The air conditioner also worked well. I sadly left a favorite pillow at the hotel, but that's the cost of traveling sometimes. Anyway, the overall stay was good, and we got the needed rest and refreshing breakfast that we needed."
"Love that you allow furrever family members and are conveniently located on our regular path between families. Proximity to Mesa Verde is a plus.
Your green Chile Verde is amazing. I wish it still came with warmed tortillas. We always tipped the tortilla lady!"
"Very friendly and helpful staff. Gentleman said they were in process of renovation...neither pool available, breakfast limited... exterior kinda dirty. A lot of potential, but a lot of work still to do. Room was clean. For the price, it checked the box."
