"Fireplace was lovely, there are no TVs which was amazing, especially considering we were there for a weekend of mountain air. Front desk hours are limited but there is a phone number to reach someone if needed. The only negative was there was a large fire pit outside and some outdoor cookers but we couldn't see any fire wood, not sure if they had any somewhere or if we needed to bring our own. But other than that our stay was amazing, absolutely would stay again. The cabins were so cute, site was quiet, we had a perfect weekend away."

"Rooms were very small, but its,an old heritage hotel. Beds very comfortable, very clean hotel, staff accomodating and two exceptional restaurants attached to hotel. Right downtown Jasper. Would highly recommend !"

"It was a pleasant stay , I liked that my pet was welcome. The room wasn’t as nice as I expected for the price compared to many other places I’ve stayed . There was no parking so after a very long drive it was stressful trying to find a spot for my small car as there was no parking. I had to pack my belongings quite far to get them to my room . I inquired about where to smoke as it says there is smoking areas and was told I could smoke outside my room but not by doors which wasn’t possible . There were spots on the carpet that looked like accidents from other ppls pets and it’s been 2 days and I still haven’t received my deposits for the two rooms I booked and it’s been over 3 days. It’s not terrible but my experience was not worth the cost ."

"Pricey but the view was beautiful, the staff was good. We though we were going to get a private hot tub, but got a bathtub instead.called front desk, they said they dont have rooms with hot tubs, but Expedia charged us an extra $50 for a room with a hot tub. Aalto restaurant was good, wine was pricey."
