"I was quite disappointed with this accommodation. We were greeted by someone that spoke no english which was quite uneasy seeing as how we just arrived on the island at 6pm (sunset) and wanted to familiarize ourselves with the space. Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. "The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom. The electrical box is placed in a location where, every time we take a shower, the handle gives us an electric shock. This is very concerning and should be addressed for the safety of the guests. The place is beautiful, and the views are amazing. I especially loved the beautiful view of the volcano. However, there is a serious safety concern with the bathroom. The electrical panel and electrical wiring are installed inside the bathroom, very close to the shower. Every time we took a shower, we could feel electricity coming through the shower handle. This was very concerning and made us feel unsafe. I strongly recommend that the electrical system be inspected and repaired by a qualified electrician before other guests use the bathroom. For your safety, I would avoid using that shower until the electrical issue has been checked. Feeling electricity through a shower fixture can indicate a dangerous electrical fault."
