Room was excellent and comfortable Entertainment staff good with lots going on day and night Only negative is the cleanliness of the pool. It is murky and green coloured and we had upset stomach after swimming. Perfect hotel otherwise "

"Booked as a last minute 3 night stay for my wife and I, having not been to Crete previously. The hotel was great. Large clean room with a sea view, 2 pools, a water park and plenty of sunbeds. There is also a reserved area on the beach for hotel guests with an all inclusive bar right next to it. The food was good, with plenty of choice. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are already looking at returning again with our kids."

"This is an excellent hotel located within walking distance of city center. We had a party of three, so we received a two room suite, which was excellent. The breakfast was great - had plenty of choices. The suite had a balcony which was a nice place to relax in the morning or evening. Staff was very helpful and courteous."
