"King spa suite quite expensive, faced on inner courtyard of brick walls and very noisy industrial air condioning and exhaust fan units. Thankfully we were able to get an upgrade to street facing room. Shower cubicle drain filled up with water and flooded the bathroom. Staff unable to get a repairer that evening. Blinds in bathroom were broken and mouldy. We had dinner in the restaurant, fish curry which was rather bland. The hotel needs a refresh and rethink."
