We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and found everything so beautifully done. There is a good choice of bedrooms; we enjoyed a drink in the lovely garden and were looking after so well. Dinner was excellent.
We will certainly return here.

Staff very helpful in ordering Pizza for us as restaurant not open Sundays. The only drawback was having to wait an hour for reception to open at 6.30pm

Valèrie and her family were wonderful and very accommodating. The top floor of the property was wonderful for our stay and the house was beautifully presented. They were more than happy to share their recommendations for dinner, I wish we were staying longer, and would definitely return in the future.

At first there was a bit of a mixup regarding accommodation but the owner went out of her way to rectify the situation & was more than helpful. Had a very nice meal at a local restaurant Contine. The breakfast which was included was very good with home made preserves etc. Parking on the street wasn't a problem at all. Would recommend staying in this beautiful historic small chateau. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at La Brauderie, the caravan/ Shepherds Hut was superb with an idyllic location and Julie was a superb host. Breakfast was excellent and very French!

It's very much a DIY bed and breakfast in a lovely location. We had the house to ourselves. The evening meal and breakfast were available in the kitchen to have at a time of our choosing.
Antoine was very friendly and helpful .
We would return

Gorgeous little hotel where nothing is too much of a problem and they are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The grounds are lovely with a river/stream flowing through at the bottom. We felt immediately relaxed after a long car journey. The only regret was not being able to enjoy the fine dining restaurant, as we were travelling with our dog. The bistro also in the hotel, however, where we could have our pet had some very good food. Look forward to a third return.

Nice space made for the guests. The room and separate private bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The property is set in a nice setting and the owners were pleasant, especially Pierre.

This Hotel is well situated for a walk into town and whilst it does not have a restaurant there are several
within a few hundred yards. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed and on our visit we were given a good breakfast with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and efficient.
There is plenty of parking within the walled grounds but we were pleased to be given secure cycle storage as we were touring along the Mayenne river.

Yes, there are holiday rentals close to the most popular sights in Ballée, or you can select a more secluded option if you're looking for a relaxing stay.
What can I see and do in Ballée?
While you're exploring the area, Caves of Saulges and Jardin du Bout du Monde are a couple of picturesque spots to get outside and enjoy nature. In the wider area, you’ll find Solesmes Abbey and St Peter's Abbey of Solesmes.
What are holiday rentals like in Ballée?
Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Ballée. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as kitchens and laundry facilities to help you enjoy your stay. If you're concerned about cleanliness, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from shared hotel lifts and busy lobbies while still allowing you a great travel experience.
