The staff was not bad - friendly in the typical German manner. That was ok for me but my friends felt a bit mistreated. "

"Das Hotel liegt in einem wunderhübschen Fachwerkstädtchen ziemlich am Ortseingang. Im Ort selbst gibt es (fast) keine Verkehrsschilder, was die Stadt zusätzlich aufwertet.
Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, selbst ein schönes Fachwerkhaus, mit sehr freundlichem Empfang, ausgesprochen nettem Personal im Restaurant und einer guten Speisenauswahl."

Doch wenn Matratzen durchgelegen sind, die Zimmer weder über Insektenschutz an den Fenstern noch über Klimaanlagen verfügen, die Speiseräume schwül überhitzt sind und das Abendessen unterirdisch, lohnt sich der Aufenthalt nicht. Der Küchenchef soll wohl gehen. Es ist zu bezweifeln, dass das was hilft."
