"The staff where very polite and the food in the bar was excellent.... There was also plenty of parking, which has been an issue in the 15 years i have been visiting Ballina and staying elsewhere. There are plenty of aminities but unfortunatly i did not use any of them..."

"Very helpful and welcoming staff . Breakfast often ran out and had to wait to be replenished and croissants often ran out . Nice room and great to be able to use spa - staff at spa lovely too Anne x"

"Pros: All staff was very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast (and other meals) from the adjoining restaurant, Jack Fenn, was good. Parking was easy and convenient, being free, and right outside the front door. Very comfortable environment, loved the smell of the fire as we walked in to check in. ..."
