"Cleaning crew was very accommodating to our needs. There was questionable activity taking place in the parking lot throughout our stay including belligerent conversations and screaming in the middle of the night. We liked that the hotel was dog friendly but the commotion outside our room made our small dog nervous and we were reprimanded for his barking although nothing was done about the group of drunkards yelling at 3am. "

"Booked through hotel.com, arrived to a property with a completely empty parking lot. Checked in to a room that was visibly filthy, moldy and unbearable stench. Immediately returned to the desk to request a refund. Denied by the manager, referred to the owner who told me to take it up with hotels.com. I left to find another hotel and then reached out to hotels.com, who also denied a refund so no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company. So disappointing."

"Although the hotel looks a bit dated, it was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Continental breakfast was included and was good. "

"The bathroom was not properly cleaned—there was a previously used bar of soap left behind, which was very off-putting. The wall heating unit was extremely dirty, to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable turning it on and ended up keeping it off all night. The TV felt outdated, the walls had exposed nails with no artwork, and the carpets were visibly filthy. I will say the staff were kind and courteous, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel is unacceptable and in serious need of renovation. If you’re simply looking for a place to sleep and don’t mind cleanliness issues, it may work for you. But if you can spend a little more for a better, cleaner hotel, I strongly recommend doing so. I personally would not stay here again."
