"部屋は三階（四階にあたる）で、エレベーターがありません。スタッフが運んでくれましたが、チップが足りないと言って不機嫌になりました。チェックアウトの時はほとんど自分で荷物を降ろしましたが、スタッフ一人が最後の一つを運んだだけで３人分のチップを要求してきました。
部屋は屋上部分にあって、夜はドアの隙間から大量の虫が入って来ました。床もベッドも一面覆うほどです。ベッドのマットはダニがいたようで、9泊、二人で泊まっていましたが、一 人は初日からダニにかまれ、もう一人は二日目からアレルギーが出てきました。養生テープでドアを塞いで過ごしました。
夕方になるとバスルームから汚水の匂いが上がってきて大変不快でした。トイレットペーパーなど頼んでもスタッフはすぐ忘れてしまいます。
便利な立地なので、他に泊まるところが見つからなければ、一泊くらいなら耐えられるかもしれません。でも最近は同じ価格帯でもっとサービスの良い設備も整ったホテルがたくさんあるので、もっと良心的な対応のできるホテルを選ぶほうが懸命だと思います。"

"I have visited here several times, but this time I'm very sorry to say that their quality is decreasing day by day! Firstly I had been provided a Non A/C Room, but after I called the Reception & told that I have booked an A/C Room, they checked my booking and switched on the A/C after 10 minutes.
