"Amazing hotel from start to finish, for the rest of our trip we decided to move to the Hyatt Regency and regretted it .. chose the Shangri-la when in Sydney. One thing I have noted booking through Expedia is that hotels are not honouring the extras or awards .. therefore we will be changing our bookings ..."
