"It was mentioned that the hotel was within five minutes' walk from airport which was not true. We had to hire a shuttle bus to get there and pay hotel shuttle to take us back to the airport. There is no way one could walk to hotel area unsafe for walking due to being located along side of major highway. "

"10/10 PLUS!!! Amazing experience! Every international airport should have a Kepler! We had the family room for our 7:30 am flight. Room was huge. Beds heavenly! Great shower and even heated toilet seat. Fresh carafe of water and coffee service. Yogurt, croissant sandwiches and granola bars available at 5am. Service was stellar. Jane was so friendly checking us in and greeting us again in the early morning. Highly impressed!"
