Wasn't as bad as most of the reviews. Not saying they're wrong or lying, but personally my stay was simply good. I did find some that the cleanliness wasn't the best, as the sheets had some stains and the bathtub wasn't exactly spotless, but other than that, it was decent.

We didn't have a light bulb in a lamp over the desk. My husband called the front desk and was told someone would be up in a few minutes with a bulb. Hah. We never got a lightbulb. My husband had to battle the Wifi. He called tech support and it took 15 minutes to get connected. One bright spot: The shuttle driver was friendly and efficient. He's a keeper.

Hotel is very run down. Ceiling tiles Falling out in the lobby, cobwebs inside hanging from the ceiling, dank smell generally. Doors to rooms are falling apart and have big gaps, locks barely work. Floor was swept poorly, surfaces clean. Beds where comfortable. Bathroom faucet was broken but worked, toilet had a flushing problem, shower and tub combo was the worst and smallest I’ve seen in a long time. We did have decent water pressure and hot water but the shower head wasn’t working correctly. Bathroom Door was hanging on by a Thread and we had to use some muscle To get it to close. Stains on the walls, sink and shower. All in all we booked it to be close to downtown but it was one of the worst hotels we’ve stayed in years. It was in a good location for what we needed and that’s about the only positive.

Price was good. But hotel was not very clean and ammenties needed to be replaced. Also don’t stay here if you have young children. I traveled with mine and we got little to no sleep due to everyone screaming all night. Hotel also smelled of marijuana.

The bathroom was disgusting, it definitely had not been mopped or vacuumed at all. I didn’t want to walk barefoot. There was brown stains, like smudged on the light next to the bed as well as the wall and the light socket and outlets in the wall. The entire hotel smells like marijuana. It’s disgusting. The staff was super nice and I just needed a place to lay my head for the night because I needed a layover in Baltimore but that hotel needs serious deep cleaning. The coffee machine was broke out front. The elevators really don’t work well.

the roof smelled like an old bowling alley, like it had been smoked in for years, and quite recently even. The couch had the cigarette burns to confirm that. the bed sheets were clean at least. the AC units were incredibly loud in the rooms and made it very difficult to sleep. the hotel seemed to be undergoing some kind of repairs, which is understandable, but it seemed there was a lot of water damage all around and the workers had not cleaned up after themselves. the free breakfast was minimal and unsatisfying, but it was better than nothing. I don't think I'll be returning to this hotel.

not a terrible stay but definitely won’t be back. i walked into a boy’s locker room kind of stink in the room, tv was literally hanging on the wall at a 20% angle, one of the lamps didn’t work.. breakfast was a pan of eggs, pork sausage, toast, small wrapped muffins, yogurt, apples, a couple cereals, and everything for waffles except the waffle maker. parking was good, staff was super nice, and some of the guest were actually pretty cool.

The Beds Were Comfortable and Clean. The Lobby was Clean. The rest of the place is kind of dirty. The tub and sink in the bathroom were clean but everything was dirty around the edges. There was leftover trash under the bed. The elevator floors were extremely dirty and, not their fault, but the cannabis smell was so extreme it gave me a headache. The staff were nice and helpful. We waited for 45 minutes for the airport shuttle that never came back to get us so we didn’t try to see what the free breakfast was and got an Uber to come. We missed our plane and had to get another flight. I paid to stay and park. There aren’t many places to park in the front but I was lucky enough to get a spot. The back was of the hotel was very dark. Hopefully my car was safe. If they clean get better house/hotel cleaners I would stay again and just plan to Uber, not depend on the shuttle.

This property was filthy and in need of a drastic update. The gym was hot because the A/C didn't work. The lobby had old, dirty and tattered furniture. There were leaks from the roof, soggy carpets and a broken coffee machine in the lobby. The room itself had filthy, stained carpet. My white socks got dirty just walking around on it. There were signs of the need for upkeep everywhere you looked in the hotel, but apparently no desire to spend the money to do it. I've never stayed at a hotel this abandoned of care and upkeep. At over $200 per night, you should expect much better! The best I can say about it is, the waffle makers they had for breakfast made good waffles!
