It was my first time in Baltimore, and I was glad with my stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, and it was perfect for a couple of days. Plus, it was conveniently close to the aquarium and plenty of places to eat.

We had a great stay at this hotel while in town for the BTS concert. The location was very convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the rates were noticeably higher because of the BTS concert but, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff from the moment you enter the door. Bellhop were super friendly towards me and my children when we got to the hotel and they helped us bring our stuff to our room and when leaving the hotel to go home. Amazing location right next to the harbor. Very updated hotel. Pool was very quiet, could be updated, but no issues. Hot tub was not working.

First time there. It is in walking distance to everything. Parking garage is underneath the hotel with elevators into the lobby was nice. Starbucks in the lobby was wonderful. Our room was super comfortable.
