My Family & I enjoy the Residence Inn the spacious rooms, the kitchen amenity area is just perfect for Families. The sitting area in the Lobby is also a great plus as well as being able to dine on the patio area or just sit & relax!!! My favorite Hotel!!!

Unbelievable the quality of these rooms. I only stayed here as a last choice because the Marriott was booked and I’m so glad I did, the rooms are superb. I got the cheapest room and it was huge, had a full Kitchen with full size fridge and microwave, a full sectional couch in a living area, a revolving maybe 60/65 inch tv that can face the bed or the living area, a walk in clean new shower, and everything was spanking clean and neat. First time going for myself and my childern we had a gathering with her friends , the staff Mr.Clifton was very helpful always asked if our rooms were good or if we needed anything. Also Ms.Lisa she was very helpful with my girls making their breakfast , making sure we had everything. Was very friendly and sweet ! Me and my girls are very thankful for these two amazing staff made our stay special. We will be back

Lack of good customer service: when requested items during your stay, they never come. Loud noises coming from other visitors staying; reported the noise complaint, but nothing happened. Had to leave a day early because of the noise and couldn’t sleep.

The room was so spacious and clean. We enjoyed the fully kitchen along with a very good free breakfast in the lobby each morning. The location was convenient and check in/out were smooth and easy. Would definitely stay again! Hope to be able to take advantage of the indoor heated pool and fitness room next time. Only two future requests- microwave in room and coffee available all day in the lobby. We had a very lovely and comfortable stay!
