"The price for the room was the best part, and the staff was nice. The rooms have some issues, like the carpets were horribly dirty as proven by socks I wore briefly crossing it - just ewe icky dirty. We paid for a city view but got no view because the desk said rooms were, "on a first come first ..."

"Heather at the front desk was overly helpful. The only issue we had was trying to change info on the reservation. Your legal given name is supposed to be used for bookings and not nicknames. It was a bit of a pain trying to change it but, like I said hotel super awesome!"
