"Foi acima da nossa expectativa, pelas fotografias estava com um pouco de receio, parecia que precisava de reformas, no entanto a equipe extremamente prestativa, a limpeza do quarto que diga-se de passagem é imenso e possui muito espaço para acomodar roupas, sapatos, cremes...enfim os móveis são um pouco velhos, mas nada que desabone o hotel, acho que possui quartos reformados, o café da manhã é cobrado à parte, singelo mas tudo gostoso, a localização é privilegiada, voltaria sem dúvida nenhuma!"

"Fui a estudo por duas semanas, pude verificar os problemas do dia a dia. Com falta de pessoal, o recepcionista era porteiro carregador de malas e até copeiro no café da manhã(dois dias). O Café da manhã é praticamente inexistente. Praticamente nada e o café muitas vezes frio e requentado. O elevador vivia estragando. E as chaves magnéticas perdiam rotineiramente sua função. A vantagem era que o quarto era bem limpo, assim como a roupa de cama e banho. A Construção ao lado neste semestre(JAN2014)...

"The suite we were given was not as pictured on line. We paid for the superior room but it did not look like the one pictured online. No armchairs in the living area, just the plastic chairs for the dining table, which were not comfortable for lounging. We were booked for 18 days! We were told what we booked did not come with them when we asked management. There was no hand soap, shampoo, and only half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived, but the cleaning staff was accommodating when asked for...
