I booked a double room for 31 12 2019 for 169 E;
The room which was given to me did not correspond to the photo on my voucher. This hotel is composed of 2 buildings. We were given a room in the 'cheapest' building and probably one of the worst of the building : it was under the roof, small, without any phone, witn a leaking shower and with a metallic part of the shower door which did not hold and fell !. Also limited soft pillow !!!
The room we were given was worth at most 50 euros.
I complained that I have been cheated. They told me they had the right to do whatever price they want : proof that I have been cheated !
Meanwhile I complained to a very unpleasant man (at 19h20), a girl phoned (probably to the boss) and told me afterwards they had no other room available and that I could leave now without paying anything. Of course it was impossible as it was late ! The fact that I have been cheated is demonstrated by the fact that the girl told that no better room was available.When we left the next Morning I complained again. They proposed to me a 40 e discount and free breakfast. This shows again that it is a silent recognition that i have been cheated! Anyway it makes the room at 129e which is more than twice than what it was Worth !!!
So, do not go to this place : they are dishonest and also not welcoming !!!
