Our host Mark was just so lovely, very helpful and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and quiet with a lovely view. It's a very short stroll to the beach and cafes, I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and will go back.

Mark was an excellent host and the property was in a great location. Quiet setting with views of the beach and castle from every window. The Potted Lobster around the corner has excellent seafood so book in advance.

The owner was very helpful and kind, he whipped up a delicious Scottish breakfast each morning, and both the B&B and the town were amazing. Would love to do the whole trip over again someday, I couldn’t recommend more

Ideal location-Parking was a bit of a problem when we arrived mid-afternoon but eventually found a spot near the village green. The room was comfortable -although I wouldn't exactly call it a 'seaview' more of a sea glimpse. The breakfast was fabulous, plenty to choose from and served up by Mark-the lovely, friendly host.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The owner was a great chap. The breakfast was excellent including local sausages. Also I had the best night sleep here of a whole 10day trip. I think it was the lovely clean sea air coming in through the windows.

We liked the clean and comfortable house, and the convenient location. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. Blackout curtains or blinds in the bedroom would be a great improvement, as the thin curtains let in a lot of early morning bright light. (Room 1)

Lovely B and B with a beautiful clean room and friendly owners. Good breakfast in the morning. Plenty of hot water. Room 1 has fabulous views over the fields and across to the sea and a nice big bath. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Managed to get a parking space near front door,easy access via key box. Spacious room and shower room, very clean comfortable bed,and quiet location. 10-15 minutes to castle/beach.very friendly welcome and an excellent breakfast. A couple of gift shops nearby and a few nice looking pubs/ restaurants. Overall an excellent place to stay in a great location.

Mark is an excellent host. Good instructions by text on how to enter the property and find your room. Breakfast cooked to order by means of a card filled in the evening before and the time you would like it. Nice quiet location in the busy village, just a few mins walk to eateries, the castle and beach. Free WiFi. Would recommend it to anyone who is able bodied, no lift as is a nice converted private house.
