"Was supposed to stay 3 nights and only stayed one. Room was really big, but also really dirty. I asked the front desk if I could check out early and was told yes, and there would be no charge for dates not stayed. The next morning, I was told that no, I would not be refunded for nights not stayed. So, I stayed one night in a dirty, buggy room and paid for three. I would have been happy with a 1 night refund, but nope, out of luck.
