"Bij aankomst een zeer slecht tot geen Engels pratende dame die eerst al wilde dat we op de kopieën van onze paspoorten handtekeningen zetten. Daarna naar derde verdieping zonder lift. De dame wees alleen. Service slechtste tot op heden. Op de kamer behoorlijk verouderde kamers met nauwelijks waterdruk om fatsoenlijk te douchen en overal liepen kleine beestjes. Ontbijt hier niet mogelijk. Bij uitchecken pakte ze de sleutels aan en zei bye. Hier ga ik nooit meer naartoe. Stad ook bijna half uur...

"I had an early morning departure from Krabi Airport, so I stayed one night at this hotel, which offered free transportation to and from the airport.
The hotel staff was friendly and the room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. There was only a small soap and a small shampoo, but since it is a budget hotel, it was not a problem.
There is a cafe nearby called GOODYUM where you can get meals, and a supermarket a 10-minute walk away.

"This is a beautiful resort hotel. The whole place is immaculate.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was plentiful and never too busy.
Tea & coffee is served to you which saves queuing for the machine. They will also give you a drink to take away if you want one.
There are many sunbeds around the grounds. We never managed to get one near the pool. I think these are reserved very early and I cannot be bothered to get involved in the early morning sunbed rush!

"Great Service, and the staff is fantastic. They knew every detail about our dietary needs and checked in to ensure we were having a wonderful time. The views from our room overlooking the sea was breathtaking. Food was amazing. We ate several meals at the hotel and each time they exceeded our expectations. Overall they made it a memorable stay. "

"まわりに観光地はないため、空港に夜遅く着く場合や朝早く出る場合に限った用途になると思うが、タイもホテル価格が上がっている中、5000円クラスのホテルとしては部屋も広く清潔で良い。空港まではホテルでタクシーを呼ぶと250Bだがグラブだと150B～200Bで予約できる。徒歩圏内にアウトレットはあるが特に日本人が買うようなものはない。一方で巨大なロータス（スーパー）がとても品揃えが良くおみやげを買うのにも良い。レストランやフードコートも入っている。"

"Everythibg was excellent. The hotel, grounds and room was beautiful and spotless. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They gave us a nice room to shower and change in after we checkwd out with no extra charge. Food in the restaurant was amazing. If youre thinking of booking to stay here, dont hesitate. "
