"BTR Suites is ideally located in Sai Yuan 8 just 20 metres from the main road of Sai Yuan. I discovered BTR Suites riding pass and decided to look on the internet for future stays. I was very impressed with the photos and reviews but I was even more impressed once I stepped into my room. The room is beautifully decorated and with a fully equipped kitchen which is what i I was looking for as I like to cook. There is a dining area, a lounge area with TV, the bedroom is very comfortable with TV....

"Very disappointed with this “Resort Spa” hotel. The website is deceiving. Kitchenette with no cutlery, crockery or any cooking utensils. Fridge kept turning off. Many of the power points did not work. Air con in bedroom only so had to buy a fan for my daughter who was sleeping on the sofa- no fans available from the hotel. Had to clean all the surfaces before using as they were very dusty and sellotaped down many bits of broken laminate as we were getting splinters from them. Adequate balcony...
