"Elevator was broke my entire stay. Water dripped from the ceiling in the bathroom from a leak. The hotel never notified the booking agency of their new email address, so when I arrived they didn’t have my reservation. An hour and a half later I convinced the front desk to allow me to pay cash for a room and get reimbursed when the reservation came through. A quiet location and good restaurants nearby. The shower was decent."

"The staff are friendly, professional and helpful! The room was excellent and the food at the hotel was outstanding especially the green curry Thai chicken. Good value and one of the better hotels that I have ever stayed in! Thank you Rawai Princess for making my holiday one of my best experiences ever!"
