Breakfast menu variety could be better as the same food variety is served consecutively over 2 days. Otherwise staff service is prompt even during busy hours. High tea food hygiene should be observed. Room is comfortable though the shower room door does not close properly.

Clean rooms, great amenities. Nothing to complain about except the road works outside (nothing they can do about it, though just to note when trying to walk to the hotel from CIQ)

Communications was good. Instructions clear and precise. Room is at a good high level. Simple and clean. Nice to have a view from the living room - unblocked.
