"On arrival, my double bed request was 2 single beds. Double available after extra charge. The area around has nothing. It's dark, the taxi can't find it. I'm not scared but a lady would be scared. Why is there a seperate key swipe to enter and leave the pool? It malfunctioned on my return leaving me stuck in the pool area for several minutes... What if I'd lost my card? I've already swiped to access the lift. No more security is needed. Eventually it worked. But having a swipe is not needed. I...

"Nice stay but hard beds. If you have more than one room, make sure they are on the same floor. It will make it easier since your keycard only give you elevator access to the floor where your room is. But super helpful staff!"
