"We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. "The staff members of the property are excellent. They are very helpful and attentive to our needs. My family agrees that they deserve the best comment here. The property is running a little dated, some furniture are not in perfect condition, but they are all functional. The pool is perfect, the live-in staff cleans the pool everyday and they even tell you when they have put in chlorine. Thumbs up! We asked the staff/chef to cook dinner for us (4 nights out of 5), the food are superb and no...

"Only stayed one night but it was clean and comfortable and excellent value for money.... A perfect place to stay if you need to be at the airport early (like I did) and are just wanting a bed for the night. Close to everything you need.... Bars, shops, restaurants, 7/11, etc etc. The girl who runs the place was an absolute saviour when the taxi that I booked to take me to the airport failed to show up.... She very generously offered to take me in her car.... Can't thank her enough. 🙏 I'd stay...

Explorar Koh Samui – Adults Only Resort and Spa

Explorar Koh Samui – Adults Only Resort and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"This is easily one of my favorite resorts on Koh Samui. The food is excellent, the views are amazing, and the staff is some of the best on the island. I've stayed here five or six times now, and every time I come back, the staff remembers me by name. I always have a great time catching up with them, and it's one of the things I really look forward to whenever I return. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and I usually spoil myself by getting a room with a sea view. There's really nothing better than waking up in the morning, looking out across the water, and seeing Koh Phangan in the distance. It's one of those views that never gets old. And I have to mention the khao soi. In my opinion, it's the best on Koh Samui, hands down. Trust me, I've tried it at just about every restaurant on the island that serves it, and nothing has topped this place. I've stayed at plenty of resorts on Koh Samui, and there's a reason I keep coming back here. Between the beautiful views, comfortable rooms, incredible food, and genuinely wonderful staff."
