Need better cleanliness. Hotel Spa is a disaster.
"Rooms are well appointed but not kept clean. Maintenance is lacking. Found a cockroach running all around the room. Spa is in real bad maintenance and very very unclean. To be avoided completely. Unfortunately there are not many choices of good hotels in Hosur so this might still be the best ..."
