Giant Cockroach in the room not clean
the hotel looked nice when my wife and I checked in until we go to our room & we see that’s its literally inside of a parking deck we were in shock we went to the front desk to complain & he told us there was nothing he could do even though they have many rooms available on high floors and I booked & paid for a much better room one of their better rooms and we get stuck inside 1st floor parking deck room it look nice on the inside of the room so I was happier at that point then we start unpacking takes showers get in bed and then my wife noticed a giant Cockroach right next to the bed she goes crazy at that point and wants to change rooms because of room it turns out is full of Cockroach’s but they refuse to change our room the night was quite hellish with Cockroach’s & very loud people staying in the room above our room we heard loud people all night long very loud noises we didn’t get any sleep until around 5 am then very loud people maids and noises wake us up again we get woken up and can’t go back to sleep because of too many loud people/noises/cars etc then when it comes time to check out they inform my wife when she went to eat at the hotel restaurant they were going to keep 70% of our security deposit when we didn’t damage the room at all I said I want to see the manager he called the manager I wait for 30+ mins he never comes some woman comes in threatening to call police over my security deposit when they already had it because I didn’t want to let them keep it
