Lovely, warm, private

I stayed for 2 nights with a fabric between the beds. Make it private . The bathroom is quite spacious and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city Easy to travel

Needs work

No Air con during the day. The floor above the reception smells. The rm didnt smell where I slept but the bed was very hard. If only one person is staying in dorm no air con during the day or night. The management changed overnight. Not many guests stay there. The staff was nice but it needs to be aired out or something. I dont think my dorm had bedbugs that isnt true its in one review.

Disappointments

The staff is a bit friendly. It was very awesome to build good relationships with fellow travelers but the staff/owner, i don't know, she is quite good sometimes but most of the times, It seems that everything in the hotel has to be done by yourself. Even at check out, they would ask you to bring the blankets and the pillow downstairs. They even told me about the rate that it was different from the one I got it in Expedia but I insist that its a promotional offer so the rate should be fixed unless there are incidentals. The toilet, bath room, its not clean. The shower and videte are broken. There's a cute dog Mumu but when I was eating downstairs, the dog seems to get mad and I asked the front desk to remove the dog but they did not. She even hit the dug with a piece of paper and it made the dog mad. The front desk ask me to move outside instead. Then I was like, oh, so I'm the guest, and I'm the one making adjustments for their dogs. I'm an animal lover and definitely a dog lover but it was a really terrible experience.
