We stayed at the Kokotel in Bangkok for 12 days and our stay was excellent. The reception staff especially Chai was very helpful. We had our room cleaned every other day and would recommend this hotel any day. We have stayed at 4 star hotels but have never had the staff e so attentive to our needs and wants.

Great little hotel with rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was excellent with wide choice of food & drinks available. Will definately stay at this hotel chain again. No pool or gym but ideal for local shops bars & BTS On Nut. Thanks for a perfect stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Kokotel. Our room was super clean, tidy and so comfortable. Theres a traditional thai restaurant right across the road. Location is great with two 7-11 nearby, train station, shopping centres, market food etc. Our package included breakfast which was basic but included everything such as coffee, juices, breads, pastries, thai food and European options. We would definitely head back when visiting next time. Great value for money

Wonderful hotel in Bangkok! It's not in the centre, but BTS station is very close and close to a big supermarket. Quiet and clean. The room is spacious, big and with several nice amenities 👍 However, breakfast could be improved. It was always almost the same everyday with only slight changes... It gets a bit boring... Also there are a lot of Japanese options, but very few continental options. So it would be good if you could give asany options of continental food as japanese

Amazing staff smiles and one hour free late check out. All responece from staff are so fast with hospitality and good smiles. Very comfortable stay in the hotel Breakfast is so simple but ever days are cooking slight different. Taste good and gentle cooking with deep thought I can feel. Thank you offering Miso soup with good temperature. Really unforgettable times

Kokotel a nice large and modern room with a modern bathroom. Clean and comfortable good airco shower flat tv lighting lift safe. Less than 5 minutes walk to the on nut bts and many shops. The staff is friendly and efficient with good English. The buffet breakfast is good. I enjoyed my stay

The Kokotel is 5 minutes walk from the on nut bts station and many shops. The large room was clean with a good modern clean bathroom. The lift,shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv, safe all operated well. There is cupboard space, tables, chairs and a king bed, The buffet breakfast available on the top floor is good. The staff is friendly and efficient with good English.

I got two bedrooms suite so it’s has little kitchenette with microwave, sink, coffees, teas and refrigerator. I got small dining table with couch in living area. Four people stay comfortably, but one bathroom. Eco friendly and provides drinking water, and laundry options. Near BTS station and other transportation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Bed are hard like most hotel in Thailand.
