We stayed for one night and had two rooms. The experience was great. The rooms were very spacious well appointed, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel service was exemplary and facilities excellent all around. We also used their lobby cafe for an afternoon tea, which was quite nice. Hotel location is in a calmer part of Bangkok yet is close to major attractions. Highly recommended.

We have traveled the world over the last two decades, and our family came to a consensus that this was the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at. The architectural design of the interior and exterior of the hotel is breathtaking. The interior design and the rooms are impeccable. The food was outstanding. It is definitely worth it to upgrade to the executive club option as the evening cocktail hour had incredible drinks and a full dinner option. Above all, the service provided by every member of the hotel. Staff was exceptional and made our family feel so welcome and at home.

Hotel was excellent, breakfast buffet was 10/10 and easy place to get a grab or taxi. Only complaint is 3 days in a row we had the “do not disturb” button on and while we were trying to nap the housekeeping would call to ask if we wanted a clean, disturbing us from our naps. Defeats the whole purpose of the sign. Other than that it was great!

We stayed 2 nights with our 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son. It was our first experience with an Kempinski Hotel and it was excellent. It is a well maintained Hotel; and I’m picky. Spacious, immaculately clean guest rooms with well thought layouts and design. Friendly and competent service without pretense. Thai food via room service was less than stellar, out right horrible actually but the food ordered through the Deli and delivered to our room was excellent. Nutritious, super clean and healthy. Just a great Hotel and we will likely return.

A very nice property located off Rama road bout away from the hustle bustle. We got a room upgrade thanks to hotels.com and enjoyed our brief stay. The bar and breakfast were very enjoyable too. Only feedback would be to check the shower pressure as it was surprisingly low.

Our 15-night stay at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was absolutely exceptional — truly above and beyond! From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with care and precision. The room was spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The service throughout our stay was impeccable — attentive yet never intrusive. The atmosphere of the hotel exudes calm and luxury, and the location couldn’t be better for both relaxation and exploring Bangkok. We’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels, but Sindhorn Kempinski stands out for its warm hospitality, refined comfort, and genuine attention to guests’ experience. We can’t wait to return!

Our experience at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was beyond amazing from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely five-star — every staff member made us feel valued and cared for. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully arranged for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — a perfect balance of international and Thai selections, all fresh and delicious. The facilities were world-class, especially the pool and spa, which offered a true urban sanctuary in the heart of Bangkok. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better — surrounded by greenery yet just steps from shopping and dining. Sindhorn Kempinski perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and tranquility. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a five start hotel. Is it excellent? I’d say, just about average in the 5 star category. If the cost per night would be similar, go for Four Seasons, Park Hyatt, Ritz or Mandarin and so on. If Kempinski trades at half cost per night of the usual leaders then maybe a good choice but the overall high ratings for the Kempiniski Sindhorn hotel on Expedia are too high. Think of it as all the ones that are rating this hotel are family’s with kids or a consultant that stays for a week. I like really excellent luxury hotels and this hotel doesn’t make the cut in my honest opinion. You can get equally good hotels in Bangkok for US 250/300 per night. But let me finish with a few positives: large rooms, balcony, good AC with low noise levels, comfortable beds, quiet, some room comes with pentry if you like to cook on your holiday or travel with kids, good location and easy to haul cabs, comfortable distance to most places, washing machine, iron and ironing board of good quality, overall a solid place for staying longer with kids or for work. But less of a weekend hotel.
