This place is a definite luxury hotel. The staff were amazing some of the staff at the front desk though should speak better English, the one staff that was called. Staff memberOh at the concierge desk was amazing!

Valia Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit
The staff here are very polite and respectful. The room was cleaned everyday and amenities were excellent. The location was a bit further than expected for our attractions but it was due to heavy traffic. Shower a little unclean but acceptable
