"We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. We had a wonderful time and were treated like family. Thanks so much! We lover the Oriental!"

"Had a great 3 day stay at the hotel and will come again to this well managed hotel. Amazing view of the river. Very good buffet with lots of variety and efficient and friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna and fairly well equipped gym although some of the treadmill and eliptical machines need updating. Hotel room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Room staff and front reception were helpful and fast with every request from change in pillows to help with the wifi. Easy free parking and...

"Amazing hotel in Bangkok. Customer service was fantastic. Every staff member really takes care of you. Room was superb and extremely comfortable. We had a view of the river and could see the IconSiam from our window. One of the best reasons to stay here is the close proximity to the river boat which takes you to the Icon in 5 mins and anywhere else you need. The dock is essentially just out the back door of the hotel. Whenever I come back to Bangkok, I will rebook and I highly recommend you guys...
